About Me
- Name: The Slide
After four years living and working in Warsaw, followed by a short spelll of a year in Białystok, Brewster moved back to England in the Spring of 2009 where he continues to develop his practice further from his current base in his native North-East. From here he aims to complete work for exhibition in Hamburg sometime next year.., from there, well, who knows..?

Just been to your website and although I liked your work very much, I noted the absence of any photography. If the case in point here is a typical example of what you produce with a lens, I’d be interested to know if there is any others?

Thanks Peter… Unfortunately, although I have a great interest in photography, in reality it runs little deeper professionally than viewing other artist’s work, or with my own photos, as a point of reference on the way to painting. The hundreds of shots which I see as finished in their own right therefore, have simply never seen the light of day and remain as nothing more than files on the old PC and CD-R’s alike. Primarily, as a painter, there just never seems to be the time needed to give them the attention they’d deserve to be worthy of public show..!
